Borden's Pond is not a pond any more it has small streams but no big pond anymore. If you want to go up hill then this is a good place to go, there are some flat areas but some up hill walking. You do have to watch your step because of the roots and rocks, don't want to trip and fall. There are a few benches through out the trail for you to rest.
Best Of 2017
This was my first award ceremony and first time shooting an event in the main building at the fair grounds. There was a lot of diffrent kinds of local businesses from around Columbia County hoping to win a best of award, People from the county got to vote for there favorite business and the winners were picked last night. I had fun running around talking to people and taking photos. It got very hot in there so I had to stay hydrated and also because I was running around. Besides running around taking photos I also took photos of people who won best of awards for there business.

Crelin Park is another flat walking park. In the summer its used for many things. They have a yearly summer camp, tennis, skate board park, basketball court, play ground for kids, soccer fields. One of the coolest parts about this part what makes it diffrent from any park I have been to it has work out stations through out the trail in the back of the park.
As you walk toward the back you will see a few gardens that are run by the park and community. One of my favorite things about this park is the cool stream in the back. There are a ton of mini water falls. Some history about the park is there used to be a factory around the park where they made glass, so as your back in the stream you might find some cool "rocks".

ART OMI in Ghent NY is a large park where you can walk around and look at art from all over the world. Theres a lot of diffrent kind of large art from metal to wood and much more. They have events for the public to attend and private parties like weddings. They also have art programs in the summer for kids of all ages.
There a ton of paths in the woods and in wide open fields filled with art so if your walking when its very hot out you can explore the woods art. Every few years they bring new art to the park, as you can see in the photo to the side its a deer thats about 12 feet tall and that was put in recently. There is also house on a hill that spins, it was in the NY-Times.
